Head Chef, luxury 4 stars hotel and 2 rosettes, 60 rooms, restaurant , Bar and function rooms, near Chester, no fees ; salary up to 36.000 + service charge + tips ; accommodation provided; starting date: 25-30 Aug 2016;
Requirements: Our client is looking for a passionate and creative head chef, with excellent knife skills, a leader and a very good trainer, very good organizer
For this position the applicant must attend a working trial and must have hotel experience background and fine dining experience at 2-3 rosette level; fluent English required; very good knife skills within international and European cuisine (French, Italian, Mediterranean, etc).
