A CHAIN OF FRENCH BRASSERIES IN THE UK ARE LOOKING FOR CHEFS
An internationally renowned group of traditional French brasseries are looking to recruit.
The client is looking for chefs at all levels (with a minimum of two years relevant experience).
The client has 30 brasseries, mainly based across Southern England, with a rapid expansion plan & is looking to recruit both immediately and during the rest of 2016.
All candidates MUST have some level of English.
Fluent English is preferred, however, consideration will be given to those with intermediate English.
Our client is offering and indefinite contract after a trial period of 3 months.
Chefs will be expected to work 8 shifts a week, each shift lasts 6 hours.
Chefs will have 2 days off a week.
The salaries are as follows:
* Demi Chef de Partie: £gross / year + tips
* Chef de Partie: £gross / year + tips
* Sous chef: £gross / year + tips
You must have the right to work in the UK.
