Job 20.612 – chef de partie & Sous Chef, 4 luxury stars hotel, 200 rooms, 1 fine dining restaurant at 2 rosettes with French & Mediterranean cuisine, 1 main dining with international cuisine; 1 bistro with Italian cuisine, 1 terrace club, 1 lounge bar, conference and events rooms; 35 chefs in the kitchen;, all the ingredients used are seasonal, cooked fresh and uses local suppliers; 1 year contract; 1.380 gbp net/month for CDP, 1600 gbp/net/month ; accommodation provided .


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS: a minm 5-6 years experience / cdp and 10 years /sous chef into an a la carte restaurant, cruise line or 4-5 stars hotel, preferable fine dining restaurant with International cuisine; must have experience in preparing meals from freshest ingredients ; very good English level is required;
