BRAINS CONSULTING is looking for our Client for several positions of Chef De Partie working at a busy, high end Gastro Pub in Essex.
Each pub has its own style and flavour. This particular site prides itself on using fresh, locally sourced produce to create innovative traditional British dishes.
Responsabilitati:
The successful candidate will:
• Have proven track record as a Chef de Partie in similar quality environment
• Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
• Be a good communicator
• enjoy being part of a lively team
• good English language skills
Cerințe job:
As Chef de Partie you will:
• Have a CV that demonstrates experience within a Gastro pub / dining restaurant catering for 200 – 500 covers during a busy service
• Have a minimum of two years experience at Chef de Partie level
• Have experience with working in an environment, using fresh produce
• Be working with a dynamic, friendly and experienced team

As a Chef de Partie you can take advantage of the following benefits:
• Minimum of 40 hours per week with 2days off
• permanent position
• An environment that will enable you to develop your product knowledge and skills
• Working with a friendly existing team
• Minim Salary: £10 - £11 per hour (depending on experience)
