The candidate shall apply for a preferred city and we ent shall find a care home nearby.
Requirements:
• The job is available for nurses who have already registered to the NMC (PRN or PIN);
• No experience required – newly qualified
• Care of elderly an advantage but not a requirement as training will be given.
• Professional qualification: Nursing qualification
• A2 – B1 level of English language (we can provide materials to improve your English skills if required)
Benefits:
• Contract period: One year permanent contract can be extended with mutual agreement.
• probation period: 3 months
• You can work as a Senior Carer (Candidates with PRN ) £8.30 /hour untul you will receive the PIN
Registered Nurse with NMC PIN - between £14.00 - 15.50/hour.
• Working hours: Weekly hours: 44 hours / week
• Shift work: Early shift, Late shift, long day and night shifts.
• Free flight ticket one way to the UK
• Accommodation: 1 month free accommodation
• Annual holiday: 28 days /annum
• Training, holiday & shifts
• The first 2 – 4 week with this employer will be for training and induction. Then the candidates will shadow and work on the floor with a colleague. By the end of first month they should be capable to work as care staff. When the candidates will have the PIN they can work as a Nurse as soon as the medication training and competency assessments are over. This will take up to 1 week.
