We are urgently recruiting 3 Assistant Managers for 3 of our gastro pub chain located in Kent & Sussex, South London ; starting date: 1-10 of October
CONTRACT DETAILS: Full time contract, 48 hours per week , Excellent Remuneration Package/Pension/Tips - average £3,000 net per year, accommodation provided ;
ROLE: As Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager by providing leadership, staff supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction. This is a very hands-on position and extremely varied encompassing people management, customer service, pub/restaurant maintenance and day to day administration.
REQUIREMENTS: excellent restaurant management based experience; UK experience within a gastro pub; Restaurant Management level; Be incredibly organised and demonstrate high standards of professionalism; Have a genuine passion for food and wine; Be personable, approachable and demonstrate high standards of customer care; Fluent in English.
