Chef de partie for main course - Gastro pub located in Swindon , 120 seats and around 160-200 covers/day , mixed international cuisine, everything is prepared from freshest ingredients and the property si pushing for 2 rosette in 2018 - full time contract, 5 days /week, 48 hours/week; 2 days 28 days paid holiday starting dates: asap , acommodation is not provided ; Salary : 22 k gross/year + weekly tips;
Chef de partie for hot section – Cuntry House Hotel and Spa , near Swindon , 4 stars hotel with fine dining restaurant and European cuisine full time contract, 5 days /week, 48 hours/week; 2 days 28 days paid holiday starting dates: asap , acommodation is not provided ; Salary : 21-22 k gross/year + weekly tips;
REQUIREMENTS: the right applicants should be enthusiastic, passionate, min 1 year experience in the position on offer into an a la carte restaurant ; a good level of English is required .
