- Evaluate process and production data
- Search for optimization capabilities in order to make the organization more efficient
- Develop initial projects for the clients and prepare the detailed project designs
- Lead, organize and coordinate the project team
- Select and evaluate proposals from suppliers/Asses vendors upon completion of performance
- Organize, coordinate and closely follow the planning and execution
- Ensure compliance to all company standards and
- Collaborate with other departments in order to obtain desired information or cooperation
- Observe and monitor the project budgets
- Implement a regular reporting

Requirements
- Industrial Engineer or equivalent by experience
- Minimum three years’ experience in coordinating projects / Project Management
- Good understanding of the organization of a production environment
- Familiar with automated processes
- Strong soft-skills in terms of people management
- Good abilities in areas of motivation, persuasion and coordination
- English at a proficient level.
