RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- Receiving tickets from users (using BMC system)
- Visits to clients for diagnostic and troubleshooting
- Establishing solving methods
- Retrieve the customer equipment to be fixed or replaced in case of necessity
- Set up new equipment: printers, computers, scanners
- Identifying connectivity problems and replacement of patch cords or transceivers from switch
- Migration of equipment in new locations
- Configure phone systems (VOIP or TOIP)
- Decommissioning equipment (computers)
- Visiting the sites and fixing the problems (server installation, reconfiguration ....)


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Experience in end-user equipment (Workstations, phones,printers, scanners) administration;
- Experience in Network and IT Administration;
- Help desk experience;
- Good customer skills;
- Good level of English
